Being kind to at least one person.

Being useful/helpful to at least one person.

Smiling at least one person.

Looking at the sky, at day or at night, and marveling at the vast expanse.

Being reverential to grains and the greens, to trees and flowers, to lakes and oceans.

Humming or singing a little tune.

Reflecting on a simple formula of mathematics.

Wishing for health, happiness and wellbeing of all people.

Acknowledging that there are Grand Mysteries which the human mind cannot unveil.

Being grateful for the experience of life upon waking up in the morning and before going to bed at night.
